Research on “30 –Day Challenge”

  The idea of 30-day challenge is to use only 30 days in your life to either add a good habit or subtract a bad habit from your life. There are a lot of purposes for 30-day challenge. To make you healthier, to lose weight, or to gain more knowledge can all become the purposes of the 30-day challenge. However, in order to succeed in doing this challenge, you have to really insist in doing this challenge and do the same thing for thirty days without any break. The options for you can be reading a book for thirty days, or do not use your phone for thirty days.
