Peaceful life

  As days go by, my challenge became more and more harder since there are only fewer things happened in my life, but I have to write 500 words every other day. I became disappointed about my creativeness, and I felt like my head has been stuck with tons of stress and school works since last blog post. “No creativity, no fun!” I told myself that and began to tap my head as if I can knock something creative out of it that can put into my next blog post.

  However, there were good things happened on Wednesday. Our tennis team had match with Canterbury School. Finally, I won my first game of this tennis season, and it was also the first game I had won for my tennis career after all the hard practice last fall. After my victory that day, I decided to learn the word “victory” in Italian because my favorite tennis player-- Novak Djokovic, can speak four languages including Italian. Therefore, to keep up with his steps, I decided to learn “victory” in Italian, which is “vittoria”. Although the pronunciation of “vittoria” is quite similar with “victory”, I’m glad that I’m able to understand a tiny bit of Italian. It seemed like I’m walking closer toward my idol.

  College fair became the major thing in my Thursday schedule, and I have to interview with three colleges and only knew one of them. After searching about the first college—Emerson College, which is a college really famous for the media& film production, I really want to apply for it in next fall for its film major. I felt full of energy after talking to the interviewers, and I have to keep up my work not only in academic area but also in extracurricular courses. As the result, I decided to learn “college” in French since I just got my last French test. “College” in French is “université”. I really think that French is the language that I like the most because the pronunciation is so elegant, and French is intituling as “the most romantic language” in the world. After the college fair, I actually had an awareness that I have to study harder than I used to do before.

  Life is just composed by every single day that we live, and there is no need for us to have creativeness in order to be happy everyday because our days are already wonderful enough. “To be honest, Live in a peaceful life is already something grateful to anyone, and creativeness is just icing on the cake.” Said Nina.
