I improved my thesis that I made more specific on the part activities. I change the activities into two competitive and one noncompetitive, which is exactly the school policy. Then, I corrected some of my grammar mistakes where made my sentence seemed confused.

For draft three, I think I should working on my second paragraph. I should add more examples, or explain more about how activities make better health. Then, I probably should add more in my conclusion that more general ideas and not my thoughts to state and conclude my thesis and my main idea better.

“Hey, everyone! Please remember to choose your three seasons of afternoon activities online!” Mr. Torrey who is the director  of the afternoon activities always says that to us at the beginning of every school year starts. This is our school policy that we need to choose three seasons of afternoon activities with two competitive and one noncompetitive. The school policy right now is a perfect status for students at Cheshire Academy.  Students should be free to choose three different afternoon activities depend on one’s strengths and interests with two competitive and one noncompetitive activity. It’s always a great time for most of the students during the time we practice in the afternoon activity.
Many people dislike this policy, but it actually benefits all of us because doing sports and activities make better health. Nowadays, more and more teenagers are obese because they are lack of exercise. They choose to eat and sit there all day long without even move their eyes. Being lazy describes as cool around teenagers. Students dislike this policy only because it takes over their free time. During the free time, most of the students would choose to stay in dorm, and many of them would choose to play video games. When you doing sports whether outside or inside, you are not remain seated. Many competitive sports such as basketball, tennis, and softball make you practice two hours a day, and you will get enough oxygen that you won’t get indoor. Besides, your make your heart, lungs, and even your whole body become more and more healthier.
When you doing the afternoon activities, there is no doubt that you will make friends. Many activities and sports contain communications and team works. This is how I meet my best friend and teammate in the first year at Cheshire Academy. I was in JV tennis, and my coach asked me to play in doubles in the first game of mine. I was kind of nervous and didn’t know whom should I play this game with. Then, Wu came to me and said that she would love to play the game with me. We were always in one team during daily practices, and we communicated and knew each other’s strengths. The first game for me was fairly tough. Our opponents were younger than us, but they were really strong and hit the ball nice and fast. I was shocked we had quite a competitor. Certainly, I was stressful, but Wu knew I was nervous and comforted me tin order for me to calm down. She said it was just a game, and no one always wins a game. To be concentrate in the game is enough for both of us. During the game, we communicated with each other about the strategies and cheered each other up. Finally, although we lost the game, I learned so much from my first game that we should communicate. Most importantly, I understand our team spirit: do not thinking about win or lose, just concentrate and enjoy every game we play. After that, I always feel relax when I’m playing tennis. Playing tennis makes my brain thinking fast, and I feel pressure released after playing tennis. One fact is that I become a fast thinker after playing tennis, which means I became smarter and smarter.
Now, I don’t see the three seasons of the afternoon activities as a pressure, or a rule that I must do because the school requires me to do it. I see it as a chance. It’s a chance to make my body healthy, a chance to meet new friends, and a chance to be smart.

Ex. Tennis, feel relax+release pressure Basketball, teamwork, strategy

Is excess exercising can also be harmful? How and why?

Hi, Dear Baymax:
During this spring break, I watched a lot of movies. I watched the movie called Big Hero 6 and knew you in that movie. Among all the movies I 've watched during the break, Big Hero 6 should probably be the most interesting one, and the story that happened between you and Hiro touched me the most.
In the movie, you was a robot that invented to take care of people's health by Hiro's brother. However, Hiro's brother died in order to save his professor in a fire hazard. He left you to comfort Hiro's feeling after his death, and you did a great job to cheer Hiro up by finding the bad person who led up the fire and beat them up with other four friends with Hiro. Turned out that the professor was the bad person. He wanted to make a revenge since a business man made his daughter went into the black hole in an accident. In the end of the movie, you and Hiro went into the black hole to look for the professor's daughter. Things always go contrary to people's wishes, you and Hiro bumped into a meteorite when you were carrying the professor's daughter back to Earth. Unfortunately, your engine for flying broke down, but you still have an engine on your arm to push Hiro and the professor's daughter back to Earth. That means you are going to float in the black hole forever. You said a last goodbye to Hiro and made them back to Earth. Hiro was so upset and disappointed for your "death". One day, he found out that you put the chip, which is like the heart and all the memories of yours in the hand that sent them back. At last, Hiro made another Baymax and put your chip in that new Baymax.
I was moved by the story between you and Hiro. You loved him and took care of him like his brother and good friend. The story between you two makes me believe in true friendship. Besides, I believe that human and robot can also be good friend with each other. Robots are not emotionless like they were in other movies anymore. As the result, they have feelings and emotion like you do.
I would love to have a robot like you who can be good friend with me and take care of me like my big brother. You can solve my problem and make me feel better when I'm sad. You can stay with me and chat with me all the time as a good friend of mine. Your huge and white body makes me feel safe and want to hug you for comfort.

Yours Nina

The Review of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee
I don’t have a lot of hobbies, but watch a musical should definitely be one of the few hobbies of mine. This past Friday, I went to see the musical that produced by Cheshire Academy’s teachers and students with my friends. It was called The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.
I’ve watched quite a few of musicals before, and my favorite Broadway musical is Phantom of the Opera. Before watching this musical, I searched some information about this musical. According to the online information, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee is a musical comedy conceived by Rebecca Feldman. It takes place in the Putnam Valley Middle School, and it has six adolescents compete in the spelling bee which run by three equally grown-ups. The musical was based upon C-R-E-P-U-S-C-U-L-E, an original improvisational play created by Rebecca Feldman. Although I knew what it’s about, I got shocked when they called some random people went on the stage. This kind of thing never happened in my musical watching experiences before. It made me feel excited because there were two teachers I knew were up there. This kind of unconscious surprise that made the audience involved in the musical was creative and gave the show much more fun. The show was about children with different kinds of personalities competing in the spelling bee. The story was about these children. No matter they won at last or not, they all won because they found themselves during the competition-their true personalities. At last, to win the prize was not important anymore because they gained friendships, love, and dreams, which were more important than the final result.
I like this musical because of a lot of reasons, the unexpected interaction with the audience, the beautiful music, and the colorful lights and background drawings were all very attracted. I noticed that there were many people playing different kinds of instruments behind the stage. I really appreciated their efforts behind the scene. All the actors and the players were hard working, and they were all perfect actors and players.

All in all, I liked this musical a lot, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends since everybody put efforts and heart in this musical. I think it was the best musical I’ve seen recently.
